Park Lane Healthcare Strengthens Leadership Team for Future Growth
Park Lane Healthcare has announced three senior leadership promotions and welcomed three new shareholders as the Yorkshire-based care provider continues to invest in its future growth.
Sandra Hustwick has been appointed Managing Director after joining the business as Quality Director in February 2025. Since joining the company, Sandra has played a key role in strengthening quality, governance and operational excellence across the group. As part of her promotion, she has also become a shareholder in the business.
Clinical Director Lynn Flynn has also become a shareholder. Lynn joined Park Lane Healthcare in February 2023 as Clinical Lead before being promoted to Clinical Director in 2025. She will continue to lead the company's clinical strategy, ensuring the highest standards of care, governance and resident wellbeing across all of Park Lane Healthcare's homes.
Completing the leadership changes is Leigh Dutton, who has been promoted to Estates Director and has also become a shareholder. Leigh's journey with Park Lane Healthcare spans almost two decades. He joined the company in 2006 at just 19 years old, carrying out maintenance work, before progressing through a number of roles to become Head of Maintenance and now Estates Director. His promotion reflects both his dedication to the business and the opportunities for career development within Park Lane Healthcare.
Park Lane Healthcare operates residential, nursing and dementia care homes across Yorkshire and Lancashire, with homes in Rotherham, Thornton-le-Dale, Cottingham and Croston. Every home within the group is rated Good or Outstandingby the Care Quality Commission, reflecting the organisation's commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
