Meet The Manager
Jess joined us as Manager of The Hall Care Home in 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her previous role as a care home manager.
After a short career break to welcome her beautiful daughter, Jess returned to the care sector with renewed energy, enthusiasm, and a deep commitment to delivering high quality, person centered care.
She is passionate about supporting both residents and staff, and takes great pride in creating a positive, nurturing environment where everyone feels valued, safe and respected.
Jess’s leadership is driven by compassion, dedication and a genuine joy for care.
