Meet The Manager

Leighann has been a dedicated member of the Moorgate Hollow team for over 16 years, starting as a domestic cleaner, and progressing to become the home manager.

With an NVQ level 5 in management, she is equipped to lead the team and provide exceptional care.

Leighann’s passion lies in connecting with residents and families. She and her team work tirelessly to ensure that everyone receives the care and support they need.

Her leadership is characterised be empathy, compassion and a commitment to creating a supportive environment.
