Magnolia House is a purpose built, luxurious 5 star home catering for 74 persons in 70 bedrooms (ask about our new self-contained bed-sit apartments for the more ambulant resident - they are beautiful!), many with en suite facilities. The home has been lovingly extended over the years to offer the very best of facilities and must surely be the finest home in the area. Situated in the leafy suburb of Cottingham, just 3 miles from the city of Hull, yet well placed for the historic city of York, the East Coast and numerous local landmarks, you cannot fail to be impressed by facilities that befit its position in the community.

We love to pamper our residents, so we have created a purpose built hairdressing salon, bringing back the images of yesteryear to complement the surroundings. Relax, enjoy a cup of tea while you wait... and then let our qualified hairdresser get you ready for the ball!

Catering

All our food is sourced locally and cooked in the traditional way, just how mum used to make! We have a varied choice of menu and cater for all dietary needs, but if you do not see something you would like, just ask.

Laundry

A full laundry service is provided (with the exception of dry cleaning)

Visitors

We offer a complete open – door policy at the home and welcome your friends and relatives at any time. We have ample parking should you require this and if not, there is a bus stop right outside the grounds.
