Highgrove House is a purpose built residential home catering for 40 persons, catering for both residential and for those residents with dementia (EMD) and all in single rooms. It sits in the heart of the Lancashire town of Chorley, on an easy – to - reach thoroughfare, located directionally by its close proximity to the local A and E hospital. With over 15 years as THE care home at the heart of the local community, we have carefully and lovingly restored the home to its former glory with a fine refurbishment, costing nearly £300,000. Almost everything has been replaced, from knives and forks to laundry equipment, from tables and chairs to carpets and curtains, indeed from dark and dreary to light and welcoming! Accommodation

There are 40 single rooms, all with TV point, service call systems and those homely little niceties you would expect from quality accommodation. However, with our recent refurbishment completed, whilst we were already one of the finest homes in the area, this has put us well ahead of the rest. You must come and see us!

Catering

We offer good, locally sourced, traditional home cooking, as well as catering for all dietary needs. However, although we offer several menu choices, if you do not see what you like, just ask. We will try and accommodate wherever we can.
